Replacement Dwelling Approved In Leavenheath

Medusa Design have been granted planning permission for a replacement dwelling in the village of Leavenheath, Essex.

The new dwelling is of traditional cottage style in red facing brickwork and slate roof.

Accommodation comprises a large sitting room with kitchen / diner to the rear. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms, bathroom and en-suite.

The new dwelling is currently under construction with completion expected in the autumn.
