Planning was submitted this week for 3 new flats in London. The site is a very narrow plot of land between two existing buildings. Medusa were challenged with coming up with a unique design incorporating 3 new flats including sufficient outdoor shared amenity, private outdoor space in the form of balconies, bin stores and cycle stores.
